    • saline eye rinse to assure any shampoo or bacteria is well rinsed from the eyes

Different veterinarians may have varied recommendations regarding certain grooming procedures like ear plucking and anal gland expression. As a groomer, we recommend talking to your veterinarian on what's best for your pet. During drop-off, we'll ask for your preferences but are not liable for any medical issues resulting from these procedures. Please consult your vet for guidance or questions.
We use teeth wipes and breath spray to check your pet's teeth and freshen their breath. Please note that teeth brushing is most beneficial when done daily by pet owners. Groomer teeth brushing is NOT the same as professional veterinary dental cleanings and will not fix tooth decay or plaque buildup. For comprehensive dental care, we recommend consulting your veterinarian. **

Pricing

Our pricing ranges are designed to reflect the diverse needs of our clients. Here's why you might see variations in our service costs:

  • Breed: Different breeds have distinct grooming requirements. A small, short-haired breed may require less time and effort compared to a small, long-haired breed that requires trimming.

  • Coat Condition/Maintenance: Dogs with heavy coat due to longer in between appointments or ruined coat may require additional time and specialized grooming techniques to ensure their comfort and well-being.

  • Time Spent: We dedicate the necessary time to provide quality grooming services. More intricate grooming procedures may impact the overall cost.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Behavior fees and Matting Fees are NOT included in our quotes.

Behavior Fee:
Some dogs may exhibit behavior that requires extra time and attention during grooming. This can include excessive movement, aggression, or anxiety. In such cases, a behavior fee may be applied to cover the additional effort and expertise required to ensure a safe and comfortable grooming experience for both the dog and our groomers.

Matting Fees
For dogs with severely tangled or matted fur, additional time and specialized techniques are needed to address these conditions safely and effectively. Matting fees may be incurred to cover the extra labor and resources required to detangle or address matting while maintaining the well-being of your pet.

Walk In Nail Trims
Walk in nail trims are accepted, but we ask that you please call and let us know when you’re coming as we are not always readily available or may have had cancelations and closed early. Nail Trim and file for a Small Dog: $18 Large: $25

The Rabies vaccine is required in the city of Sioux Falls and paperwork from your vet is required at your first visit and when they are renewed in the future.
